Dillon’s Base Spirit: Black Walnut Amaro


• 2 oz. Dillon’s Walnut Amaro
• 1/2 oz. Dillon’s Method 95
• 1 barspoon of Kitten & The Bear Granny Smith Apple and Lime Jelly
• 1 oz. Ontario Apple and Celery Purée
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• Egg white
